VITALVIA S.L. is a Spanish based company founded and incorporated in 2004 in the city of Bilbao (Spain).

The major owner of the Company is Jon Jauregui, who holds 95% of the shares, being the rest owned by minority shareholders.

VITALVIA´s main business activity is centred in the Medical and Wellness sectors. VITALVIA is focused in both trading and consultancy services provided to foreign companies wishing to enter into the Spanish, Portuguese and other European based countries as well as Spanish companies in their efforts to market and sell in other International Markets.

The trading is focussed in three major product ranges:

1. Support surfaces for the prevention and cure of pressure sores.
2. Moving and handling of patients and people with stability and falling problems.
3. Equipment for the treatment of respiratory diseases.

Although the trading is not limited to these three ranges, having traded as well with other Medical and Wellness equipment gives VITALVIA and its partners a perfect fit for any company wishing to work in the mentioned fields and markets. The experience in Moving and Handling of patients as well as in mobility of elderly and disabled people opens a high spectrum of action of VITALVIA.

The main customers are homecare dealers as well as Hospital and Nursing and Elderly homes Distributors; Home Care Providers and at the same time, the direct sales to end user is also growing.

Having also a highly motivated and active sales network that covers all the Spain and Portugal territories, ensures a permanent presence of all VITALVIA represented and distributed products.
